This hotel was our favorite part about Milan! Excellent service all-around, great restaurant, bistro and bar, and stunning interior design throughout the hotel. It was like stepping into a luxurious and elegant oasis. We also tried room service for breakfast and once for dinner, and were very impressed how beautifully presented everything was. Best decision to book this hotel!

The only reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars, is the breakfast. A real strong disappointment. The food choice very limited. The taste is dull and as if from the night before or leftovers. The restaurant is not nice, almost at the trautoire. Everything else is good specially the welcoming staff. But for that price I will not go stay in it again.

The front desk and the door men is very kind and polite they tried to let you happy..but the time in the breakfast are totally different no smelling at all when you have breakfast you need to see smile to start your day .. any way the hotel is not my style it’s very historical.. clean a bit but very old.. the location is amazing

Everything was perfect except that the air conditioning was not very effective and the nights were warmer than we normally experience. However this did not detract from us having a wonderful stay. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. It was our second stay and we will be back.

I ordered a cappuccino, and the flavor was smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with high-quality beans. It had that perfect harmony between rich espresso and creamy milk. The pastry 🍪and chocolate 🍫served alongside the coffee were a delightful touch. Both were fresh and delicious, adding an extra layer of indulgence to the experience. The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was truly beautiful, elegant, calm and perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee break. ☘️✨💙

A wonderful hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights across Christmas. Every aspects of the hotel is excellent. Staffs are warm and attentive; hotel design is thoughtful for guests; main lobby and on every floor seats are available; decorations are elegant and refects pround history; breakfast is great; bar area, food and drinks are amazing; it is not a big hotel yet provide excellent services and great experiences to us. Will definitely come back next time.

We stayed with our 9 year old for one night in August - on our way flying home from Italy out of Milan. The hotel was superb! We wanted old world Italian charm, luxury, but still feeling contemporary and close walking distance to everything. This was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The service from start to finish was five star. Very friendly, professional, accommodating. It was our birthday and they went out of their way to make us feel special even giving us gifts. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need. We will 100% be back.

Such an incredible stay! You walk through the entrance and are transported to another time, a calm, luxurious respite in the middle of the city. The staff is so welcoming and attentive from check in to check out and every detail feels very intentional. The bed and linens might just be the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced—it was such a restorative sleep! We cannot wait to return!

The best part of visiting Milan is our hotel, thank you so much Grand hotel staff you made our trip extra memorable.. Everything about this hotel is perfect: Reception staff are so helpful and welcoming Interior of the hotel feels like a historic museum, Rooms and everything about the rooms(space, bathroom, hygiene, soap and shampoo quality..) And we receive small gift every time we’re back after a long day out. Location of the hotel is perfect as well, its few minutes walking to Duomo and shopping areas around there. It’s worth every penny you pay🥰🥰

Hotel storico di Milano, mia casa quando vengo a Milano. Centralissimo, ci si muove a piedi quasi ovunque, due ottimi ristoranti: il Caruso fuori e il Don Carlos. Colazione ottima con il maitre Ivano sempre gentile e professionale. Piccola oasi dove ritirarsi in tranquillità mentre fuori si è nel vivo del quadrilatero. Consigliatissimo. Bravi.

Tutti mokto efficienti come sempre, dai ragazzi con i capelli cortissimi mokto sorridenti bravi e competenti, alla reception mokto gioviali'garbati ed accoglienti, al tempismo degli uomini che accolgono prontamente aprendoci il varco all hotel ⭐. Non ricordo tutti i nomi o forse non mi conosco. Ma ricordo Gabriella mokto professionale ed in PRIMIS L'ACQUISTO NUOVO "pietra diamantata LUIGI", che rende 'il nostro momento all hotel UNA VERA DELIZIA", con la sua eccelsa alta competenza in tutto, se sorge un problema SUBITO RIESCE A CREARE IL PUZZLE PERFETTO. BRAVO E COMPLIMENTI ALLA DIREZIONE, forse torneremo anche domani Xxxxxc stamattina 17.maggio, ero molto entusiasta di andare ad ascoltare almeno UN POCHINO, IL SUONO DEL BELLISSIMO PIANOFORTE CHE HO VISTO DA VOI IN SALA, ieri. โรงแรมสวยทุกตารางเมตร ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าห้องน้ำใช้ยาก อาบน้ำลำบากไปนิดนึง แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดีมากๆ ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี บนถนนที่มีชอปแบรนด์เนม เงียบ สงบ ปลอดภัย เดินทางง่าย สะดวก มีทั้ง metro, tram, bus และ taxi หรือจะเดินไปวิหารดูโอโม่ก็ไม่ไกล พนักงานบริการดี สุภาพ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องดีมาก มีพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋า รู้สึกคุ้มค่าเงินมากๆ ตอนที่ไปพักเราได้อัพเกรดห้องฟรี โดยจ่ายราคาห้องเล็ก แต่ได้พักห้องใหญ่และได้รับอาหารเช้าฟรี เพียงแค่สมัครสมาชิก เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีและคุ้มค่ามากๆค่ะ
