We ordered the Risotto à la Milanesa and some steak dishes, all excellent and a great bottle of wine (which my wife had me look for it throughout Milan the next day). Service a bit on the slow side but all good. Good value - not cheap but neither over priced

13/06/2026I rarely write negative reviews, but this restaurant was one of the biggest disappointments I’ve experienced in a long time. The service was poor from the very beginning. The staff were unable to communicate in English at even a basic level, which made ordering and asking simple questions unnecessarily difficult for international guests. The restaurant also seems obsessed with maximizing every inch of seating space. Tables are cramped together, leaving guests with almost no privacy or comfort. Instead of feeling welcome, we felt like an inconvenience. What shocked me the most was the attitude towards even the smallest requests. Asking for something as basic as salt or pepper to season the food was treated as if we were making an unreasonable demand. Every request seemed to be a problem, and the staff reacted with reluctance rather than hospitality. Good food alone cannot compensate for poor service, lack of customer care, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. There are many restaurants where guests are treated with respect and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I would not recommend this place, especially to foreign visitors expecting a pleasant dining experience.

12/06/2026The restaurant is located near by the Duomo. The food was very good and service was good too. We went to the restaurant before 12:15pm without a reservation, no issue. But after 12:30pm all tables occupied.

07/06/2026We ordered some foods but the staff said our order is not enough and need to order more to confirm the order. We wasted the foods a lot during the traveling so just wanted to keep the amount of the order reasonable. But the staff didn’t agree…Then we left the restaurant. Complemented: We ordered over 60 Euro, no only for rest and cooling. If each table has the least amount of order, please notice clearly at the front of the restaurant to avoid wasting the time of customers.

25/05/2026The service overall was very good, and the waiting time was quite reasonable, especially considering that the restaurant is located right in the city center and tends to be very busy. The cheese and cold cuts board was excellent and very tasty 😊 Unfortunately, our food arrived a bit cold. In addition, the staff member who brought our dishes was not very friendly. When we asked for some grated cheese, he seemed bothered and ended up not bringing it to us. Even so, we still had a good experience at the restaurant.

The street outside is lively and vibrant, and the whole neighborhood feels like a masterpiece of architecture and artistic charm. Highly recommended!

The garlic olive oil pasta is also tasteless. Also, no one came to ask us about the food, so i don’t know how to tell them. The waiter also seems bored when waiting for our payment.

21/04/2026The food itself is good. The lasagne is very tasty as well as the steak that I got. Coperto here is 5 euros. Tiramisu was very tested. Shoe. The service is awful. The waiters do not care about you the moment you step inside. I felt very judged only because I was not a walking logo ad banner like other people. I had to get attention of the waiters all the time even when it was time to pay. The waiter that was asigned to my table was not a great help and bearly answered any of my questions about the food I wanted so I just ordered something else. It is a little expensive for what you get. And I wish I read the rewiews for this resturant before I walked into it. Food is enjoyable but I had to ask extra for plates for the bread that you get while waiting. Service should improve but the food itself is good.

04/04/2026Nice atmosphere and wine, but that's it! They had run out of spaghetti and offered us tagliatelle, which in places was in a ball, not well cooked al dente, which is unacceptable! Chicken cutlet very overfried until burnt and accordingly dry! Bruschetta with tomato - very simple slice of bread with tomato cubes - no basil, no olive oil! Prepared dishes without regard to the food! Too bad! The service was good at the expense of the kitchen, a suitable restaurant for a glass of wine in a quiet environment, nothing more!

29/11/2025A Trattoria or a "Turista-toria" !? Well, we randomly stopped by this restaurant that seamed promising 😯. But this promise wasn't really kept... Although I tried the Garganelli with Gorgonzolla which were great, my friends tried the Spaghetti Carbonara, and they were not so satisfied 🫠... The desert was quite a disapointment 😭, the tiramisu wasn't up to our expectations (too creamy with very hard biscuits)... The service was very long, at some point, we thought that they forgot our order 🥲. Nato negli anni Settanta come semplice wine bar di montagna, è cresciuto nel tempo fino a diventare un punto di riferimento della Valchiavenna, mantenendo però un forte legame con il territorio e le sue tradizioni. La posizione è splendida, il servizio cordiale e attento senza essere invadente, e la cucina convince per qualità e cura dei dettagli. Si percepisce la passione per i prodotti locali e per una gastronomia che guarda avanti senza dimenticare le proprie radici. Una bella esperienza nel complesso. Le quattro stelle non sono una critica, ma semplicemente il riconoscimento che c’è sempre spazio per sorprendere ancora di più.

Cheguei com um sorvete na mão, já estava no final, quem me atendeu me disse que eu não poderia terminar o meu sorvete, enquanto eu esperava o meu pedido. Perguntei se poderia fumar, disse que não na mesa, fora sim, retirei a cadeira da mesa, até outra pessoa vir me dizer que eu não podia fumar nem perto da mesa. Arrependida de ter deixado o meu dinheiro nesse local. Não recomendo.

Era buono e la porzione anche bella abbondante, anche se non il migliore mai mangiato, ma non doʻ 5 stelle perchè era un po' freddo, ma peccato veniale. Per il conto, considerando la posizione, mi aspettavo di peggio. Tutto sommato accettabile. Ci torneroʻ per provare la cotoletta. Trade off fra location, cibo e presso secondo me corretta.

11/04/2026Posto bellissimo e tranquillo, cibo delizioso, servizio attento fino a quando non siamo arrivati al caffè, e sono rimasta molto delusa... abbiamo ordinato due caffè (cioè due caffè normali), sono arrivati due doppi e mi sono scusata perché non sono riuscita a finire il mio (troppo tardi per uno doppio)... quando abbiamo pagato la signora ha detto che erano stati segnati come due caffè, non doppi... ma abbiamo comunque pagato 3 euro a caffè...è giusto 3 euro a caffè o era una scusa e ci hanno comunque fatto pagare per dei doppi? Trovo davvero difficile credere che un caffè normale costi 3 euro....se fossi stato al loro posto. vrei offerto il caffè perché è stato un loro errore...che dire: benvenuti al Nord (Milano) 😟

Abbiamo prenotato per 8/9 persone, un mio amico ci aveva preceduto e voleva intanto ordinare affettati e bere qualcosa come aperitivo. Per qualche assurdo motivo il cameriere non voleva farlo accomodare al tavolo da solo anche se avesse ordinato taglieri e vino. Alcune volte meno "burocrazia" sarabbe cosa buona!

29/03/2026Pranzato oggi....non e la prima volta che pranzo qui.. Si e abbassato molto il livello....da milanese mangiare 2 riso con cottura molto,ma molto avanti ..servito un calice di vino a 12 € in una bottiglietta da 350 ml gia aperto con tappo a vite... Che delusione.. tt a 80€.... Mai più!!!!!

Pedimos milanesa de pollo (Cotoletta di pollo) con puré de patatas y spaghettis a la carbonara, ambos superaron nuestras expectativas en cantidad y sabor. Súper recomendable!

22/03/2026Ho pranzato al Cantinone e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. L’ambiente è accogliente e rilassante, perfetto per una pausa pranzo piacevole. Il servizio è stato rapido e attento, ideale anche per chi ha poco tempo ma non vuole rinunciare alla qualità. Ho scelto un risotto al gorgonzola con tartufo nero davvero eccellente: cremoso al punto giusto, saporito ma ben equilibrato, con il profumo del tartufo che valorizzava il piatto senza coprirne i sapori. Si percepisce la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile. Un’esperienza molto positiva: qualità, gusto e atmosfera in perfetto equilibrio. Sicuramente da ripetere!

14/03/2026Este local de Via Agnello ocupa los bajos del edificio en el que nos alojábamos durante nuestra estancia en Milán. El primer día cenamos allí por comidad y nos gustó tanto que repetimos otra noche. Nos pareció muy bien decorado y tuvimos una mesa bastante aislada que nos permitió dos magníficas veladas con tertulia incluida. Los camareros fueron buenos profesionales, atentos y amables. Todos los platos que elegimos nos gustaron, en especial el risotto “Al Cantinone” con miel, castañas y boletus.De los dos platos de pasta destacamos los tagliatelle caseros con crema de taleggio, radicchio salteado y speck crujiente. Los spaghetti caseros "Al Cantinone" con tomate fresco, mozzarella de bufala, alcaparras y anchoas, nos parecieron muy fuertes de sabor. Buena ensalada caprese para desengrasar. Punto y aparte merece el vino elegido, que obtuvo sensaciones encontradas: el Bonarda Dione Vicobarone es un vino tinto espumoso del Oltrepò Pavese, elaborado con uvas Croatina. Tiene un color rubí intenso, aromas de frutos rojos y un sabor fresco y vivaz. No gustó a todo el mundo, aunque a mí me satisfizo.

Anche l'ottimo servizio ha fatto la differenza; il personale è stato cordiale e attento durante tutto il pasto. L'atmosfera è piacevole, un luogo tranquillo dove si può mangiare con calma e godersi il momento. Il servizio è stato piuttosto veloce e tutto è arrivato perfettamente cotto. Sì certo, e non è mai morto nessuno. Non ho chiesto sconti, o di rimandare il piatto indietro in cucina, ho risposto alla domanda “tutto bene?” E se mi chiedi “tutto bene?” poi mi fai una supercazzola allora che me lo chiedi a fare?

24/02/2026イタリア各地を巡りましたが、ここのパスタが1番美味しかったです！！！！ トリュフがふんだんに使われており、風味も食感も最高でした😭👏✨ 食べ終わってしまうのが惜しいほど、美味しすぎました。こんなにもたくさんのトリュフが使われているのに24ユーロは安いと思います。 少なくとも、このクオリティに24ユーロはお手頃価格だと思いました！🥰 店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で、店員さんもとても親切でした！また、お客さんごとに、毎回クロスも新しいものと交換されており、清潔で過ごしやすかったです！ また早く食べに行きたいです🥳 ごちそうさまでした😋✨️

Il locale coniuga stile ed eleganza con un’atmosfera accogliente, offrendo spazi ben curati e un ambiente che si presta perfettamente a una cena raffinata o a un incontro conviviale. La selezione di vini è di buon livello e si abbina con intelligenza alla cucina proposta, valorizzando i sapori e rendendo ogni portata ancora più piacevole. Particolarmente degno di nota è il risotto allo zafferano, ben eseguito e ricco di carattere, che si conferma una delle scelte più apprezzate nel menu. 17/02/2026Il risotto alla milanese era così così, un po’ scotto, il che ne ha ridotto il piacere. La cotoletta alla milanese era di vitello, ma con qualche parte grassa di troppo e un’impanatura non perfetta. Il locale è carino, anche se i tavoli per due sono estremamente angusti. Prezzo accettabile, considerando la posizione e la bottiglia di vino scelta. Servizio impeccabile.

I piatti erano insipidi e privi di carattere. Il servizio lento e decisamente poco professionale. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
