Sandwiches are good but there’re 6 employees inside and only 1 making the sandwiches and 1 cutting the meat. 4 employees just staring at their phones even when there’s a big line. It’s like they want the line to be longer to attract more people. If you’re in a hurry this is not the place.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Was about a 10min wait on Saturday at 1430 which wasn’t too bad. Menu gives a good variety of choices and ordered the number 1 with smoked provola. Is good to see them make your sandwich to order. For the price would say is generous fillings and size. Well wrapped for my plane journey home.

Hair in my sandwich!! The worst sandwich i had in my life (not only mine, but my husband's also) I had no idea the custom sanwiches include hair also. It was really gross finding a thick beard hair in my sandwich. I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day!! The place was not that clean neither. Definetely not coming back again!!

All’Antico Vinaio is a lively spot known for its generously filled sandwiches and bustling atmosphere. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality and the portions were definitely satisfying. The experience can feel a bit chaotic due to the crowds but they do work fast in serving customers so even if the queue looks big, it can go fast. This particular restaurant has a lot of seating space both inside and outside.

I’ve been to All’Antico Vinaio in Milan Centrale more than once, and every visit has been absolutely perfect. I can’t even begin to describe how great this place is! I visited multiple locations in Milan, Florence, and Rome, and each one was just as amazing as the last. Every sandwich is incredible, made with such fresh ingredients, and you can watch everything being prepared right in front of you. It’s such a cool experience and the quality is unmatched. Really, really delicious focaccia sandwiches! I only managed to take a picture of one, but they are quite generous and can easily be shared between two people ( but why would you?!). We tried Viola and Baba come la fuma and we loved both of them. Focaccia is very fresh and crunchy in the outside, the ratio of bread/filling just spot on! The only downside is the wait when there is a queue 😅

A very good option for a quick bite and an aperitivo. I ordered the sandwich “Tartufo No. 4” and it was delicious! The bread was freshly baked (you can definitely tell), and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The service was friendly and quick, and the staff speaks English. One minor thing to mention: I ordered extra tomatoes for the sandwich and they were quite cold, which slightly affected the overall experience. Still, a great spot that I would happily visit again.

Arrivati in questo celebre locale notiamo una disorganizzazione davvero totale. All'interno non si capisce dove devi fare la coda, se devi pagare od ordinare prima... La persona che dovrebbe smistare le persone risponde in modo secco ed arrogante dando indicazioni vaghe sul processo. Una volta spiegato finalmente come ordinare si viene serviti subito e i prodotti sono realmente eccellenti. Purtroppo subito dopo inizia un nuovo problema di natura organizzativo: la veranda all'esterno per quando comoda è sprovvista di tovaglioli di carta e quindi devi tornare dentro al locale per recuperarli perché nessuno ti ha informato. Insomma: cibo perfetto, dipendenti ed organizzazione un disastro totale...

Esperienza completamente rovinata da dipendenti non professionali e con atteggiamenti razzisti. Sono stata oggi allo store della stazione centrale e purtroppo ho assistito a una scena davvero spiacevole. Un ragazzo è entrato semplicemente per lasciare il curriculum alla ragazza in cassa con la bandana rossa ed è stato trattato con grande maleducazione. Lei gli ha risposto urlando e facendo una battuta per prenderlo in giro davanti a tutti, aggiungendo ridendo “eh anche io sto cercando un lavoro nuovo” probabilmente pensando di essere divertente. La cosa peggiore è successa dopo: mentre eravamo ancora in fila e poi sedute a mangiare, lei e altri dipendenti hanno continuato a leggere ad alta voce il suo curriculum ridicolizzandolo davanti ai clienti. Ho trovato il comportamento estremamente imbarazzante, poco professionale e sinceramente con un sottofondo discriminatorio molto brutto da vedere. Indipendentemente da chi sia una persona, nessuno merita di essere umiliato così pubblicamente mentre cerca lavoro.

Esperienza del 24/04/2026 Ho ordinato da All’Antico Vinaio tramite Glovo e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Abbiamo preso “La Paradiso” e “La Numero 5”: entrambe davvero molto buone, saporite e con ingredienti di qualità. Porzioni abbondanti e perfette per una cena sfiziosa e diversa dal solito. Unica piccola nota: sono arrivate un po’ fredde, probabilmente per via della consegna, ma il gusto restava comunque ottimo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente 5/5. Ottima idea per una cena, sicuramente da rifare.

So di essere in controtendenza rispetto alle recensioni che ho letto, mala mia esperienza presso questo punto vendita dell’AV è stata assolutamente positiva. Staff giovane (il marchio di fabbrica della catena) simpatico e coinvolgente, schiacciate farcite in maniera generosa, materie prime di buona qualità. Forse la focaccia deve fumare di più. Il fiore all’occhiello è il dehor dove si possono gustare le schiacciate comodamente seduti.

Stavo aspettando per ordinare quando sento da lontano come al mercato : La fila e' qui !!!! Mi sono spostato nell 'altra cassa e ho atteso . Il ragazzo mi guardava e dopo 5 min gli ho chiesto come potevo ordinare visto che nella cassa indicata non c' era nessuno..e lui gridando.. La fila è dall' altra parte! ( Dove mi trovavo in precedenza ) . In quel momento sentendomi preso in giro me ne sono andato! Peccato la focaccia che avrei voluto mangiare!Purtroppo questo comportamento spinoso mi ha fatto cambiare idea.Metto una stella per questo motivo.

L’antico vinaio é un posto iconico ormai, ma aimè questo punto vendita fa sfigurare tutta la sua immagine, entrato nel locale sono stato accolto da un silenzio assordante (nemmeno un saluto da parte del personale) dopodiché mi dirigo in cassa per ordinare ma vengo rimbalzato in malo modo al bancone, chiedo alla ragazza la mia schiacciata e le chiedo cortesemente di tagliarla a metà se fosse possibile, non mi calcola e continua a fare la mia schiacciata, durante la preparazione ho notato che il bancone era a dir poco sporchissimo e i commessi si toccavano il naso durante la preparazione del cibo, le porzioni molto ridotte e tutto freddo (menomale che lo slogan é “bada come la fuma”)e di cattivo gusto, lo sconsiglio con tutto il cuore, ho sentito parlare bene degli altri punti vendita ma questo evitate assolutamente credetemi

Molto delusa da questo punto vendita, purtroppo. Avevo assaggiato i prodotti de L’Antico Vinaio circa quattro anni fa, in un altro punto vendita, e ne avevo un ricordo molto positivo: ottima qualità e schiacciate ben eseguite. Ho voluto dare più di una possibilità a questo locale prima di esprimere un giudizio, tornando per ben tre volte. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata deludente: le schiacciate risultano preparate in modo superficiale e poco curato, con ingredienti accumulati in alcune parti e quasi assenti in altre. Il risultato è poco armonico e sbilanciato. È un vero peccato, perché l’idea di portare prodotti toscani in giro per l’Italia è interessante e apprezzabile. Tuttavia, quando si lavora in franchising, è fondamentale mantenere standard elevati per tutelare il nome del brand — cosa che, in questo caso, non ho riscontrato.
