01/06/2026Stumbled into this cafe near my airbnb while wandering around Milan, and I’m so glad we did. The service was great from the moment we walked in – no rushing, no attitude, just friendly staff who actually cared. The food was really good too. Pastries were flaky and fresh, and the plates looked almost too pretty to eat. Totally Instagram-worthy, but thankfully the taste lived up to the photos. Prices felt decent for Milan, not the crazy tourist markup you sometimes get. Big shoutout to the barista who spoke English. As a Singaporean tourist still fumbling through my Italian, that made ordering so much easier. If you’re in Milan and need a break from sightseeing, this place is perfect. Great coffee, great vibes, and zero stress.

10/04/2026Great coffee chain and location. Became a fan of Caffe Napoli. Tasty coffee and they use great quality beans. I either go for the Latte Macchiato or the Americano and finally my favorite is the Marocchino. Barista are always full of energy, kind and helpful!

07/03/2026A quiet cafe in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are so kind and the coffee is great. If you pass by do not forget to grab the mini chocolate or pistachio croissants. They are an absolute treat!

11/12/2025The toilet sink has no soap at all. Empty. The bin is also full which suggests they don't upkeep their toilets and hygiene. So if the staff uses the toilet, that means they probably don't wash hands with soap. It's unlikely they'll even wash hands in the kitchen again with soap. If we all get sick, we know where it's from.

05/08/2025Great atmosphere and definitely one of the best places in Milan for a classic Italian coffee. The Nutella coffee is my personal favorite rich, creamy, and a must-try! Their pastries are fresh and tasty too. There's seating available inside, which is perfect for relaxing. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Moscova metro station. Staff is okay, but could be a bit more attentive and welcoming. Still, overall a nice spot for a coffee break or a quick sweet treat. Worth a visit if you're in the area!

03/01/2025I paid 2.5€ for a coffee macchiato. And the sandwich croissant was 7.5€. They were delicious but I found it overpriced as inside there’s almost not a comfortable space to sit and enjoy. It’s self service. Especially sandwich croissant was not worth for that price.

21/05/2026Осадок после посещения остался. Проходил мимо и решил выпить кофе. Все столики были заставлены грязной посудой, я убрал с одного столика сам. За баром работали две девушки и парень в очках. Девушки не понимали даже простейшего английского. У них была промо-акция special coffee + croissant за 4.8 евро. Я поинтересовался входит ли туда cappuccino pistachio? И парень-работник сказал, что входит. Я взял 2 и выбрал 2 круассана. Положил ему 10 евро, пока девушки готовили кофе. Парень-работник видел деньги. Я забрал кофе и круассаны и пошел за столик. Подошел парень-работник и говорит: ты дал только 10 евро, а это стоит 14 евро. Я заплатил 14. Выпил кофе с неприятным ощущением, что меня обманули и пошел в соседнее заведение кушать вкусную пиццу.

02/05/2026Prezzi "umani" per Milano (siamo comunque in posizione centrale), ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Caffè € 1,30. Cornetto vuoto e cappuccino 4€. I ragazzi che servono sono molto cortesi. No servizio ai tavoli ma comunque posti a sedere sia dentro che nel dehor. Ottima soluzione.

02/05/2026Purtroppo l’esperienza al Caffè Napoli è stata decisamente negativa. Il servizio è stato a dir poco orrendo: il personale si è dimostrato incompetente, privo di formazione e soprattutto di educazione. Non sono stati nemmeno in grado di preparare correttamente cocktail basilari come uno spritz o un Negroni, tanto che abbiamo dovuto farli rifare. L’ambiente risulta trascurato e sporco, nonostante un’apparente volontà di mantenerlo. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, il comportamento maleducato dello staff, che ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più sgradevole. Anche la proposta gastronomica lascia molto a desiderare: il cibo non era fresco e sembrava vecchio. Nel complesso, un’esperienza deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Non lo consiglierei.

Il cappuccio è caffè latte caldo senza schiuma, brioche prese a pinzate e servite demolite, non un sorriso o una parola di cortesia dal personale. La brioche è comunque buona ma non sufficiente per farmi tornare. Prezzo caro anche per Milano.

Veramente poco professionali. Il bagno è un vero cesso e loro dovrebbero cambiare atteggiamento e imparare un attimo a fare il loro lavoro.
