16/06/2026The worst restaurant experience I've had so far. All the people from the staff were obviously in a bad mood, didn't care much about anything. I asked if a pizza was big enough to share between two people and the guy was like " I don't know? I don't know". Well if you don't know who is gonna know? As for the pizza - it was super bad. Ultra thin, tasteless and slightly burned. Awful experience! Don't recommend at all! Oh and there's a 5€ tax that no one warns you about!!

06/06/2026Absolutely terrrible service, my girlfriend was sitting at a table alone and a girl was sitting next to her and just chatted her up for a bit and the girl finished the food left and didn’t pay. They wanted to make my girlfriend pay for her food despite her not even knowing the girl, and said they will call the police when she refused to pay for a person she didn’t even know.

13/05/2026Sorbillo is a wonderful pizza spot right in the heart of Milan. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, great dough, and full of flavor. You can definitely tell why this place is so popular. The atmosphere was lively and authentic, making the experience even better. The only issue I had was that I noticed I was charged extra for one of the items on the bill. Thankfully I paid attention after paying, otherwise I would have been charged twice. Aside from that, the food itself was excellent and definitely worth trying if you are in Milan

28/04/2026Walked in off the street in a hurry, asked st the door if they had anything gluten free. Was assured they did; chose something marked as not containing gluten on the menu; checked with the server just in case. Halfway through eating I found pieces of bread in the food. When I told the staff, they showed a complete lack of training - offering ‘extra potatoes’ to make up for it. Zero awareness of contamination, risks or consequences. Steer clear if you have any kind of allergy/intolerance.

A huge thank you to the team for being so gracious; it was easily one of the best pizza dinners of our trip! 🍕✨

25/04/2026We tried the classic Margherita and the Bufala pizza here. Honestly, I didn't feel it was incredibly special. The base was very thin and a bit soggy in the center. I think it would be much better if the crust was slightly crispier. That being said, it is authentic pizza style, the ingredients are good, and overall it was a nice experience. Despite the softer crust, I would still come back and try it again maybe I try other toppings as well.

07/06/2026Lontano anni luce dal locale di Napoli. Solo marketing. L'esperienza in questo locale è stata una delusione totale. Conosco benissimo la sede storica di Napoli e qui non c'è assolutamente paragone: l'impasto mancava della giusta consistenza e idratazione, risultando gommoso, e gli ingredienti non avevano quella freschezza e quel sapore a cui Sorbillo ha abituati tutti. Aprire a Milano puntando tutto sul nome senza riuscire a mantenere gli standard di qualità della casa madre è stata una pessima scelta. Prezzi milanesi per un prodotto che a Napoli non supererebbe la sufficienza. Non ci tornerò.

Il nostro cameriere, Ryan, è stato incredibilmente gentile, cordiale e premuroso. Sono persone meravigliose. Grazie a loro abbiamo trascorso una serata indimenticabile. Pedimos de entrante la fritura para compartir entre dos y luego la pizza Sorbillo, tuvieron el detalle de traérnosla partida en dos. De los fritos lo más rico el de calabacín. La pizza nos gustó pero no nos pareció maravillosa.

Dopo averla mangiata ho avuto una sete continua per tutta la giornata e, a distanza di ore, risultava ancora pesante da digerire. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma spero davvero che i turisti non pensino che questa sia la vera pizza italiana. Servizio frettoloso e poco curato: tutto molto veloce, ma a scapito della qualità del cibo. Inoltre, il cameriere all’ingresso è stato piuttosto scortese. Nel complesso, non lo consiglio. Andate altrove.

14/07/2017Sono tornata in questa pizzeria dopo otto anni e posso dire con assoluta sincerità che la qualità è rimasta identica: eccellente. Una cosa rarissima da trovare, soprattutto a Milano. La pizza è davvero napoletana, non una semplice imitazione: impasto morbido e leggerissimo, cornicione alto e ben alveolato, ingredienti saporiti e di qualità, cottura perfetta. Ogni morso mi ha riportata direttamente a Napoli. Da campana posso dire che trovare una pizza così autentica fuori dalla Campania è davvero difficile, ed è proprio questo il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Si sente il rispetto per la tradizione, dai sapori alla consistenza dell’impasto, fino all’equilibrio degli ingredienti. Anche il pomodoro e la mozzarella hanno quel gusto genuino che spesso manca altrove. Oltre alla pizza, ho apprezzato tantissimo il fatto che negli anni non abbiano perso qualità né identità. Dopo così tanto tempo temevo di trovare un locale cambiato o “commercializzato”, invece ho ritrovato esattamente la stessa bontà che ricordavo. È uno di quei posti che, quando li scopri, diventano un punto di riferimento fisso. Servizio cordiale, atmosfera accogliente e soprattutto una pizza che vale davvero il viaggio. Per chi cerca la vera pizza napoletana a Milano, questo posto è una garanzia.
