We paid 72 euros for 2 aperols and a tirimasu.. there was a couple of hidden costs.. The service was quite slow although the staff were nice! The tirimasu was not great either. The view however is AMAZING but I do feel like a very silly ripped off tourist!

This is a great rooftop if you want to relax with views of the Duomo. It is on the pricier side about 21 euros for a spritz but it does come with a small plate with mini bites. Overall I enjoyed my time but the service here is soooo slow

We were really excited to enjoy an Apperol Spritz at this location. The first sign that something was off was the fact that the drink was not on the menu. When we ordered three spritz, we also received appetizers and the waiter said they were part of the spritz order. We thought that they were inclined the price. Nope. They were $21 each!!! In addition to the $21 for each of the spritz. Then we waited for our meals...waited and waited. When we told the host we had to go and to cancel our order she asked when our tickets were. We said 12:30 and it was 12:15. She said that we had enough time. They brought our dishes at around 12:18 and we had to rush to make our tickets to Duomo. They didn't even try to comp a drink. Horrible customer service. Tourist trap prices and a menu wothout a clear explanation of what it is you are buying is not fair to consumers. Never again.

This is our third time at Aperol Terrazzo. We were there at 2:00 pm and after being seated, we ordered 2 Aperols. They arrived after 5 minutes at a cost of €21 Euro Each.. So €42 and we were told you receive 3 items of food which is included in the cost. WELL WE WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD TO ARRIVE, but our drink by then we had finished the drinks. Before that, we did ask the waiters when our food was arriving, and they said shortly. It didnt arrive. We were so disappointed. This in our opinion was a ripoff. When you are charging an exorbitant price for an Aperol, food is provided, great, serve it up with the drink but don't serve it late.

I came here because this is an Aperol Spritz bar, and as a huge Aperol Spritz fan, I simply couldn’t miss it. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the view was absolutely stunning. The prices are on the higher side, but honestly, the incredible view makes it completely worth it. A must-visit!

Aperol Spritz Terrace offers an unbeatable location right next to the Duomo, with fantastic views and a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Milan. The food was very good, the drinks were excellent, and it is a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The service was efficient and professional, and our orders arrived promptly. However, what prevented this from being a perfect experience was the attitude of some of the staff. While they were polite enough, they did not seem particularly welcoming, and simple things such as smiling, greeting guests warmly, or creating a friendly atmosphere were noticeably lacking. Overall, I would still recommend visiting for the location, food, and drinks, but a warmer and more engaging approach from the staff would make the experience even better.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. My family and I were hoping to enjoy a drink on the terrace and were happy to wait our turn. The area is busy, so a queue was expected. What wasn’t expected was standing there for close to an hour while seeing plenty of other groups arrive after us and get seated first. The whole process felt disorganised. We asked for updates a couple of times and never received a clear answer as to how the queue was being managed or how much longer we would be waiting. It left us with the impression that there wasn’t really any system in place. What disappointed me most was the lack of hospitality. Nobody seemed particularly interested in helping or keeping customers informed. Even if the wait had genuinely been longer than expected, a little communication and courtesy would have made a huge difference. The terrace may have a lovely view, but the service fell well below what I would expect from a venue in such a prime location. After spending nearly an hour waiting and getting nowhere, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Sadly, not an experience I would repeat.

You can make that point strongly without sounding emotional or getting the review flagged: 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived knowing there would likely be a wait given the location and popularity of the terrace, and we were perfectly happy to be patient. We queued for around an hour waiting for an outdoor table for three. During that time, we watched multiple groups who arrived after us get seated. When we asked what was happening, we were repeatedly told those guests were being seated inside because no outdoor tables were available. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the front-of-house staff member. Every interaction felt dismissive and uninterested, as though our concerns were an inconvenience. There was no attempt to explain the situation properly, manage expectations, or offer any kind of customer service. I find it incredibly difficult to believe that after waiting an entire hour, not a single outdoor table for three became available. If the wait was going to be significantly longer, we should have been told that from the beginning instead of being left standing there while other guests continued to be seated. The issue wasn’t the wait. It was the complete lack of communication, organisation, and basic courtesy. We left feeling ignored and unwelcome. For a venue that trades so heavily on its location and reputation, the customer experience was shockingly poor. We won’t be returning.

I visited here 2 days ago. Extremely overpriced. You are meant to get small tapas with your €22 drinks. Every table around us got given tapas but not us. Tried to signal staff they looked at us and walked past!! While paying we complained and the waitress just looked at us and walked away not even an apology! When paying €22 for drinks you would expect the full experience 😅 however that was not the case for us. You’d think walking past they’d notice we were the only table with no plate on it.

I would like to give zero star if possible. Horrible pasta rude staff and never coming back again. Terrace was also closed. Horrible bad taste mocktails extremely over priced. I would recommend to save your time and money and do not come here. I am not a person to leave reviews unless and I am extremely happy or extremely disappointed and this time I am really annoyed. The service is not good. Everything really bad taste cold pasta and under cooked. Didn’t smell nice. DID NOT LIKE AT ALL. Extremely disappointed. Visited on 2nd June 2026 at 8pm.

Amazing view, nowhere to hide from the sun on one of the hottest days the music was great. Melody was fantastic, the drinks are a little overpriced (21€ each) but come with a lot of Aperitivo snacks. Beware if you’re only coming in for an appetizer that you will get bonus food!

It's a must-visit thanks to the view of the Duomo, but the staff themselves are so weird about the seating! They sat us on a table with a bad view, and after 10 seconds another table was vacated with a much better view, but they refused several times to allow us to sit there, saying that our table was set on "the system" and couldn't be changed. Nevertheless, the Aperol Spritz cocktails were excellent and the aperitivo was decent.

Aperol Terrazza in Milan has a beautiful atmosphere, but honestly the experience didn’t match the wait. The queue was extremely long, and even once inside, only a few tables actually have the nice Duomo view everyone comes for. Unless you’re lucky enough to get one of those spots, it’s probably not worth waiting that long

We had some of the best Spritzes in whole Italy and the food was good too but on the other hand the staff was very unfriendly and the hostess was even a little rude and not answering properly even to the simplest questions as “where is the restroom” I was given the answer “on the first floor”- it was on the 4th and it was paid which honestly for the prices we paid I expected at least the restroom to be free. I work in the industry and I know that sometimes you can be frustrated with how many people you have but at the end of the day you know where you work and should be expected at least in my opinion. Everything felt rushed and the only staff member that made a good impression was a guy server ( I should’ve asked his name) but he was extremely friendly from the start even when we changed tables from his sector. The other rushed thing was while my mother sipped on her drinks they took her almost full plate of pasta ( obviously still eating) and we just decided to pay and go. Again I understand that it is a touristy place and you have to move people non stop but some smiles here and there and a “Was everything okay” question while paying the bill would be nice. - From a person working in the industry

Nice view but the other guests there completely ruin the experience. Some people really don’t know how to behave in public, and somehow the worst people in Milan ended up in the Aperol Terrace at the same time. People were wanting tables closest to the edge of the terrace and there was an “influencer” shouting and threatening to leave a bad review if the staff didn’t move her to a different table. She wasn’t moved. I was seated in a very good location so the entire time I had people hovering over my table trying to take photographs. People were using my table to take photographs while I was trying to eat. I had multiple drinks held directly over my head so that people could take photographs of their drink in front of the Duomo. They need a designated photo spot so people don’t do this. Can’t fault the drink or the staff but I would avoid this place. It was really expensive and not worth it at all.

Visited a while ago and had a very disappointing experience. My husband was served a dish with raw meat that wasn’t clearly stated on the menu and was not suitable for him. We asked to change the order. Staff, including the manager, ignored us and were unhelpful. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small despite the price. Overall, poor customer service and poor value for money.

Visiting Terrazza Aperol was one of the best aperitivo experiences of the trip. Sitting above Piazza del Duomo with an Aperol Spritz in hand honestly felt like peak Milan. The cocktail of the gods — perfectly refreshing, ice cold, and impossible not to enjoy while taking in the incredible view of the Duomo and the buzzing city below. The generous aperitif plate made the experience even better, turning simple drinks into a full evening experience. The bar itself was also a beautiful sight, with all the colorful bottles, glowing orange tones, and stylish presentation creating the perfect atmosphere. Everything about the place felt vibrant, elegant, and unmistakably Italian. Great atmosphere, amazing views, and exactly the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. We had a short wait to get in, but the prices are quite steep – around €22 for an Aperol! Although it does come with an aperitivo platter, I honestly feel you're mostly paying for the location. If it wasn't for the view, I'd probably go elsewhere. We were seated outside at the back, but when a table became free at the front with a better view, the staff wouldn't let us move, even though we offered to order food as well. Because we couldn't move tables, we decided not to stay long or spend more money and left shortly after. Such a shame as the view is great, but the service let it down.

The only standout feature of this café is the view of the Duomo di Milano. Otherwise, it’s quite ordinary. The tables are very close to each other, and the prices are average. When you order an Aperol, you get complimentary snacks like small sandwiches, cookies, and cheese, which is a nice touch. The staff are polite but disorganized and somewhat indifferent, so the atmosphere doesn’t feel very warm. Overall, if not for the view, it’s not really worth visiting.

Terrazza Aperol is a great spot if you want to enjoy a drink with a stunning view over the Duomo. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for a casual hangout or a quick stop during your day. Keep in mind that during busy hours, everyone in your group is required to order a drink to be able to stay. A nice touch is that a light food selection is included with your drink. It can get quite crowded, but the view and overall vibe make it worth the visit.

Aperol terraza it’s a great place to take a rest with an spectacular view of the Doumo Cathedral and place. Drinking Aperol, eating pasta and risotto is one of the best options. Enjoy the view and have fun!

Totalnie niewarte swojej ceny. Stolik się dla nas szybko znalazł, ale na obsługę czekałam prawie pół godziny. Kelnerzy niezadowoleni i nie ma przyjaznej atmosfery. Wypijesz to spadaj. Taras malutki w pełnym słońcu. W oddali widać katedrę. Pomysł fajny ale aperol kompletnie rozwodniony. Muzyka zdecydowanie za głośno że własnych myśli nie słychać. Nie wrócimy tam.

Po wejściu do lokalu wypraszają cię żebyś poczekał przed wejściem mimo że dużo stolików jest wolnych. Jeżeli chcesz dostać stolik w pierwszej linii z widokiem na katedrę musisz zamówić coś do jedzenia. Cena za aperola bardzo wygórowana bo 21€. Na tarasie ciasno, a stoliki bardzo blisko siebie. Super Ausblick auf den Mailänder Dom. Leider war die Terrasse wegen Regen geschlossen. Innen ist es sehr schön und sauber. Der Service ist in Ordnung, könnte jedoch etwas freundlicher sein. Preislich ist es der Lage entsprechend teuer. Der Aperol kostet 21€. Dazu bekommt man jedoch einen sehr leckereren Gruß aus der Küche. Ich denke bei schönem Wetter ist ein Besuch noch mehr zu empfehlen.

Che posto meraviglioso! Sono già un grande fan dell’Aperol Spritz, ma sorseggiarne uno su questa splendida terrazza con vista sul Duomo è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. La vista è semplicemente mozzafiato e l’atmosfera è fantastica. Un grazie di cuore a Francesca e Daniel per la loro calorosa accoglienza e per aver reso questo momento ancora più memorabile. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Cin cin!

Sono arrivato circa alle 21, sono stato accolto da una signorina alla quale mentre mi accompagnava a prendere posto ho gentilmente chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di accomodarsi all’esterno, la sua risposta è stata un “ NO “ secco (ho dedotto fosse ironica perché subito dopo mi ha accompagnato fuori ) . Ho atteso 30 minuti seduto al tavolo, dopo 15 minuti dal mio arrivo ho sollecitato 2 ragazze per prendere l’ordine , nel frattempo è arrivato un tavolo da 5 persone e dopo 10 minuti dal loro arrivo un cameriere dello staff e si è subito premurato a prendere la comanda, vedendo questa scena, ho deciso di alzarmi e andare via.

English Very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the service was extremely slow. We waited around 28 minutes before our order arrived. Unfortunately, the problems kept coming: * They forgot to bring our water. * They forgot our mojito. * Instead of the mojito we ordered, they brought a different drink. * They brought us an order that belonged to another table. * Our order was incomplete. * Every time we reminded the waitress about something, another item was forgotten. We had to repeat our order several times before receiving what we had actually requested. Even then, the service remained disorganized and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager did not know how to properly handle customer complaints. Instead of finding a solution or offering a sincere apology, the situation was poorly managed. In the end, we paid 80€ a significant amount of money for a very poor experience and barely ate anything. The food was not the issue—the service completely ruined the meal. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and staff training. ⸻ Italiano Esperienza molto deludente. Fin dall’inizio il servizio è stato estremamente lento. Abbiamo aspettato circa 28 minuti prima di ricevere il nostro ordine. Purtroppo i problemi sono continuati: * Si sono dimenticati di portarci l’acqua. * Si sono dimenticati del mojito. * Al posto del mojito che avevamo ordinato, ci hanno portato un’altra bevanda. * Ci hanno portato un ordine destinato a un altro tavolo. * Il nostro ordine era incompleto. * Ogni volta che ricordavamo qualcosa alla cameriera, veniva dimenticato qualcos’altro. Abbiamo dovuto ripetere il nostro ordine diverse volte prima di ricevere ciò che avevamo effettivamente richiesto. Anche allora, il servizio è rimasto disorganizzato e poco professionale. Per peggiorare la situazione, il manager non è stato in grado di gestire correttamente le lamentele dei clienti. Invece di trovare una soluzione o di scusarsi sinceramente, la situazione è stata gestita male. Alla fine abbiamo pagato una cifra importante per un’esperienza molto negativa e abbiamo mangiato a malapena qualcosa. Il problema non era il cibo, ma il servizio, che ha rovinato completamente il pranzo. Non consiglio questo locale a meno che non migliori seriamente il servizio clienti e la formazione del personale.

Situado en la tercera planta del centro comercial en frente al Duomo. Tiene un interior y una terraza muy amplia con vistas bonitas. En pleno centro. Al atardecer puedes tener mesa solo si vas a quedarte a cenar. Se forman largas colas para acceder. Lo malo es que los baños están situado a dos plantas mas del mismo centro.

Di passaggio per Milano, mi sono fermata in questa terrazza, accompagnata sul tavolo che rimaneva centralmente; ho visto che vicino si è liberato un tavolino più a vista verso il duomo , visto che il tavolino liberato era da due, anche il mio, mi sono spostata lì; si è avvicinata la manager, per dirci: che non si poteva spostare su quel tavolo perché magari altre persone lo volevano, è dovevamo tornare al nostro tavolo, cosa che non ho visto di gradimento, perché non essendo nessuna prenotazione, non vedo il perché non ha voluto che rimanessimo lì; La stessa cosa è capitato ad altre persone: erano in 4 e si sono spostate sempre verso al duomo, e questa con una parlata un po’ scorbutica, lì ha detto di spostarsi, che addirittura se ne sono andati via molto dispiaciuti; questa dirigente, deve imparare a trattare meglio noi cliente, che andiamo a spendere , non ha sentirci ha disagio!!!

Lugar en una óptima posición con vista al Duomo, el servicio deja mucho que desear. 2 aperol nos costó €42,00 para ordenar tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos, después de 10 minutos llegaron las bebidas, para el aperitivo esperamos 40 minutos. Muy desorganizado, nos dimos cuenta que no es por prioridad de llegada, hubieron mesas que recibieron los snacks primero antes de ordenar y otros que solo recibieron bebidas. Para el costo creo que deberían mejorar la calidad del servicio.

Expérience décevante. Payer 21 € pour un simple verre est déjà difficile à justifier, même si le prix est accompagné de quelques finger foods. Malheureusement, ces accompagnements sont loin d’être exceptionnels et ne compensent absolument pas le tarif pratiqué. Le plus gros problème reste cependant le service. Le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, avec une attitude hautaine et nonchalante. Certains serveurs donnent clairement l’impression de se croire au-dessus des clients, allant jusqu’à lever les yeux au ciel ou afficher leur agacement. Lorsqu’un établissement cherche à se positionner comme un lieu de luxe, il devrait comprendre que le luxe commence avant tout par la qualité de l’accueil et la satisfaction du client, pas uniquement par des prix élevés. Concernant la vue, l’expérience est également bien moins impressionnante que ce qui est mis en avant. La terrasse dispose de très peu de tables, ce qui oblige la majorité des clients à rester à l’intérieur. Et selon l’endroit où vous êtes placé, vous ne voyez que à peine le Duomo. Seules quelques tables collées aux vitres offrent réellement la vue annoncée, et elles semblent réservées aux personnes qui dînent. Au final, on paie surtout pour une image et une réputation. Entre les prix excessifs, le service désagréable et une vue qui n’est pas garantie, l’expérience ne vaut pas le coût.

Chi ci ha accolti e fatti accomodare è stato davvero molto gentile. Peccato poi per il servizio al tavolo: con la Terrazza strapiena ci hanno portato una bottiglia chiusa e la ragazza, promesso di tornare ad aprirla, è scomparsa tra la folla. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto fare da soli. Capisco il locale pieno, ma un minimo di attenzione in più a quel prezzo è il minimo.

Esperienza pessima, dall’accoglienza fino alla fine! Siamo stati lettaralmente buttati via dal locale con ancora mezza bottiglia di vino da finire perché dovevano chiudere e intanto c’era tutta la sala piena! Personale scortese a livelli estremi, mentre aspettavamo la ragazza che accoglieva noi clienti ci ha trattati malissimo, per non parlare di una volta che siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo! Il ragazzo che ci ha portato il vino non sapeva nemmeno aprirlo! Sinceramente tutto molto negativo, solo una trappola per turisti data la vista sul duomo! Non vale niente!

Мы пришли вечером и думали что придется долго ждать , нам сказали подождать 20 минут , но получилось быстрее. Атмосфера очень красивая, интерьер и вид потрясающий. Мы взяли вино, апероль и тирамису, всё было вкусно Из минусов: очень долго ждали свой заказ, хотя его приготовили быстро, наши напитки минут 20 стояли на барной стойке, и потом нам принесли не тот заказ но поменяли. Так же нам принесли какие то закуски и сказали что это бесплатного, но потом их почему- то посчитали в общую сумму

Très mauvaise expérience, à ne jamais revenir. Accueil froid, attitude arrogante et aucun sens du service. On nous impose une table alors que les tables étaient vide sans réservation ni file d’attente. Quand on demande simplement à changer de place, on nous répond clairement : “si vous n’êtes pas contents, vous pouvez partir”. Prendre les clients de haut et surtout le manque de respect envers les touristes. Le sens du service est clairement resté à la porte.

21 € per uno spritz è un'esagerazione, ancor di più se il cibo dell'aperitivo arriva ben 20 minuti dopo le bevande (quando avevamo ormai già finito di bere). Un vero peccato, perché la location è bellissima e avrebbe un potenziale enorme. Molto deluso.

Fantastico vedere il duomo e la piazza da una terrazza ma sinceramente spendere 21€ per un aperol spritz e ricevere 3 stuzzichini di cui uno sapeva di cartone e un altro nemmeno i piccioni del duomo se lo rifilavano direi un po troppo. Ho visto persone entrare, sedersi, fare la foto e andarsene una volta aperto il menu.

Avevo due amici ad aspettarmi, seduti fuori. Mi hanno fatta entrare per salutarli ma poi non mi hanno dato modo di accomodarmi, seppur tanti posti erano liberi e tanta gente (3) dopo di me è entrata. La terraza es muy linda, pero hay demasiada gente incluso esperando y haciendo una fila para ingresar. Eso hace que la atención no sea tan buena. Si bien las vistas son hermosas, creo que se puede tener otras vistas desde otros lugares de la plaza sin tener que hacer esas filas.

Hier soir, je me rends dans ce très beau bar et restaurant. Nous voulons boire un verre avec ma compagne. Une serveuse qui nous prend de haut nous prend la commande. Je souhaite commander un café juste avant car je devais faire la route pour partir en Suisse directement après, histoire de me réveiller avec une assez longue route. La serveuse très arrogante me dit que ce n'est pas possible et qu'il ne servent pas de café. A côté de moi , un couple qui mangeait, on prit un café. Je lui demande donc des explications. Elle me dit que pour le café, il faut commander de la nourriture avant... Je lui dit que nous avons déjà mangé... Elle refuse catégoriquement de me servir un café avec les cocktails et que ici c'est un bar... Et que l'on doit des boissons et des cocktails... Jusqu'à preuve du contraire le café est une boissons... Et il y en avait sur leur carte... Du coup on commande de manière précipiter deux cocktails... Puis , après réflexion... Nous décidons de partir car c'est inadmissible... Nous prévenons la serveuse aigri et une autre serveuse nous demande ce qu'il ce passe... Je lui explique et elle me dit que c'est possible de prendre un café mais notre serveuse lui explique qu'elle ne veut pas... Donc on s'en remet à elle... Nous décidons de partir et elle voulais nous faire payer les cocktails car le serveur à eu le temps de les préparer... Une honte! Nous sommes partis sans régler et personne nous à rattraper.... C'est un scandale de ne pas servir de café avec les cocktails alors que c'est sûr la carte... Ps: toi la serveuse qui nous lit (avec les cheveux courts) sache que le café est une boissons et j'ai travaillé avant toi dans des grands bar à cocktails pour affirmer cela! C'est vraiment dommage. Par contre , le lieu est incroyable et le prix des cocktails sont associés à ce lieu magnifique.
