I ordered the Healthy Brunch that came with 2 poached eggs and avocado on rye toasts with a lovely beetroot and chick pea sauce, very tasty. This was accompanied by a small portion of the Greek yogurt and cereals bowl as well as a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee.

25/04/2026We recently visited Madrid and stayed at The Palace Hotel. Looking for a place to have breakfast within distance, we came across La Rollerie. We were so blessed to have a young man, whose name was Santiago, as our server. He was so pleasant, welcoming and made sure our order came out correctly. We had such a great experience with him, that we returned the following day and asked for him. He truly is an asset to this establishment.

My husband and I absolutely love it. There are always a lot of people eating here, and that says a lot about this place. Come and eat here and you won’t regret it. I love this place, 10/10 !

21/03/2026I wanted to try something a bit "local" and was kindly advised by a waiter who recommended the toasts with tomato emulsion and olive oil. It was really good and the service very efficient. Good coffee too. Highly recommended for the good food, sweet staff and nice atmosphere:)

04/03/2026We came for breakfast and found a piece of plastic/foil inside my sandwich. My 2-year-old son almost ate it, which is extremely worrying and unacceptable from a food safety perspective. When I showed it to the waitress, she simply took it away without offering a proper apology. The sandwich was remade, but no sincere apology was given, no manager came to speak with us, and no discount was offered. After finding foreign material in my food, I felt uncomfortable and could not enjoy the meal anymore. Food safety and customer care — especially when small children are involved — should be taken seriously. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We will not be returning.

21/02/2026We were eating in this place on 21/02/2026 around 11:45. There were two male servants at that time, one mature and one young. The mature one was quite gentle and doing his job in a very well way. However, the young one was arrogant and a racist. We ordered iced americano and they served us hot coffee, so we told the young one about so. He then gave us a glass of ice and turned away. Later on, they forgot to bring us the orange juice, so I tried to find a servant (by eyes). The young male servant noticed us but just walked by for multiple times. Upon paying the check, we would like to pack up the bread and to have a glass of hot water, he nodded and never came back ( we waited for around 10 minutes). To be honest, the food is pretty good, but we definitely will not recommend this place due to that racist staff.

17/02/2026We found this place just down the street from our hotel and immediately fell in love with it. The ambience and service were wonderful from the start. During our 11 days in Madrid, we came here so often that the staff knew our order as soon as we walked in — which made it feel like a home away from home. We usually sat downstairs, but one day we were taken upstairs and discovered another lovely dining area we didn’t even know existed. Such a great find! Of note since you cannot click on more than one, we ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner at least once during our stay.

18/05/2026Platos pequeños, aún escogiendo los platos con un extra de precio, no sale a cuenta. El pisto es tomate frito de bote y dos huevos, el lomo viene en una cazuela con una cantidad mínima, el bacalao muy rebozado y casi sin sustancia…no volvería a repetir al menos la parte de comida “menú”.

17/05/2026Llevábamos años yendo a La Rollerie y acabamos de descubrir la planta de arriba, que tiene una especie de invernadero precioso que nos encantó. La verdad es que le da un ambiente súper especial y acogedor. Además, el trato por parte del servicio fue muy bueno, súper atentos y agradables en todo momento. Y como siempre, la comida espectacular. Nuestro plato favorito, sin ninguna duda, es el Camden Town, los huevos benedictinos. Los recomendamos al 100%, de verdad, todo el mundo debería probarlos al menos una vez. Es uno de esos sitios a los que da gusto volver una y otra vez.

Siento que es algo hecho por un master chef al alcance de cualquier persona. Hemos ido cada vez que visitamos Madrid y seguiremos yendo. Vale la pena conocer.

Noi abbiamo scelto una colazione tradizionale con pane ,burro e marmellata e una internazionale con uova e Bacon: tutto buonissimo. Buona il rapporto qualità prezzo. 20/11/2024Lugar muy bonito, adornado con gusto. La planta baja te recuerda a los pueblecitos de las islas griegas. La parte de arriba preciosa, llena de luces y plantas El café es grande y está rico (2,50€) y los rolls de canela muy buenos, con dos toppings y dos salsas, además te los sirven calentitos (4,50€) El único contra: El baño femenino estaba sucio.
