08/06/2026The churros at 1902 come out fresh and piping hot, perfectly crispy, and the hot chocolate is nice — thick, rich and creamy . We were served By very warm friiendly Tobias who also suggested us Tibetian delight Smoothie which turned out to be super refreshing and delicious. What I felt wonderful about this visit was when I asked him that we just want to experience The famous Churros with Hot Chocolate, he without taking advantage of us being tourist suggested the simplest one on menu and actually see if we liked it . Thanks for the wonderful experience ❤️

06/06/2026incredible food and incredibly kind staff. the chocolate milkshake might’ve been the best i’ve ever had. the churros we’re super crispy and not too sweet. we also received two porras for free and i must say that i enjoyed them even more than the churros. the only downside might be that the establishment is a bit small and pretty packed but personally that didn’t really bother me. i will definitely come back should i ever visit madrid again!!

06/06/2026We ordered ice cream, double espresso, chocolate and porras. Ice creams were very averege, chocolate didn't taste like a chocolate, espresso was like bland americano and porras were hard, cold and probably from the day before. I asked for frying fresh ones which were similarly terrible. And the water tasted worse than from a swimming pool. In short, if you want to eat something sweet and good, don't go there.

06/06/2026Very friendly staff, the man taking our order at first seemed very eager to leave for his lunch & forgot they were out of crepes so got it substituted for a waffle. But the chocolate is delicious definitely better than US chocolate lol.

The quality was excellent and you can tell why this place is so popular. A must-visit when in Madrid. Highly recommended! 🇪🇸🥨☕️

28/05/2026Bonus stars for offering vegan friendly chocolate, but all in all I must say it was a disappointing experience. Perhaps I am just unfamiliar with how churros are meant to taste in Spain, but back in Australia they are a lot more delicious than this. I found them to be bland and boring, and the atmosphere was lacking. Ticked the box, but wouldn’t come back.

26/05/2026Came here after tapas and enjoyed these light crispy churros. The dipping chocolate was not too rich. The flower pastry was nice with sugar and cinnamon with pistachio ice cream. Not too crowded of a place and very efficient service.

Su alegría y cariño al atendernos en puerta fue un genial comienzo antes de empezar a patear Madrid. Los churros estaban deliciosos. Gracias a todos.

07/06/2026Buenas tardes, En primer lugar decir que pongo 2 estrellas por la buena atención de los camareros. Ahora bien, lo que a calidad precio se refiere, no merece la pena. Pedimos 2 bocadillos de calamares y no les quedaba limón, ok, puedo llegar a entenderlo. Después pedimos unos churros con chocolate y el chocolate estaba agrio!!!! En mal estado!!! Tuvieron el detalle de asumir que estaba malo y nada más, me lo cambiaron por otro (tuvieron que ir al local de enfrente) pues estaba todo el termo en mal estado. Hubiera agradecido algún detalle por parte del establecimiento, pero no fue así… en fin, los camareros y el chico de la caja eran muy agradables, pero honestamente no volvería.

07/06/2026Muy mala experiencia, una señora vestida de negro con lentes, trajo dos bocadillos que habíamos comprado envueltos en papel de aluminio y se los pasó al joven de la barra, nos miró de arriba a abajo furiosa y le pidió los tiquet, cómo somos turistas a lo mejor venimos a robar aquí. Se puso a discutir con el.jovencito horriblemente Agresiva mujer en tono racista, salimos horrorizados a toda velocidad de alli al ver semejante Escándalo con los churros y el chocolate que habíamos comprado. Es una lástima el chocolate y los churros estaban buenos.

Sowohl bei dem Eingang ins Lokal (wir waren zweimal da) würden wir freundlich empfangen und auch die Frau vorne an der Theke, die alles zu koordinieren scheint, hat unsere Bestellungen sorgfältig abgearbeitet und vorbereitet. Wir fanden die Porros sogar besser als die Churros, die Schokolade war gut. Würden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal machen!

05/06/2026Sur le plan de la ville que l'hôtel nous a donné, il y avait une pub et une réduction donc on est allés voir. Le fait de devoir commander à l'entrée est un peu stressant. On a l'impression de déranger les serveurs. On a commandé un café et 4 churros avec du chocolat chaud 8,5€ grâce à la promotion sur notre guide papier 👍 (soit 2 churros achetés= 2 offerts) Il y a énormément de places libres dans la salle. C'était très bon. Il y avait une fontaine à eau fraîche où on pouvait se servir gratuitement Pas de papier WC dans les toilettes des hommes et plus de savon pour se laver les mains, petite deconvenue

04/06/2026Tobías, el que nos recibió al entrar y nos conteo la historia detrás sobre el local fue lo máximo. Los demás empleados también nos recibieron con amabilidad. Los churros con la taza de chocolate sería nuestra recomendación aunque todo es delicioso, estos nos parecieron excelentes para compartir y repetir con la familia.
