Bucolico is a must have breakfast brunch spot when you come to Madrid!! Food was amazing, such a cute atmosphere, and Jason was an incredible waiter that took care of us. My girlfriend and I came first thing at opening and there was a line out the door by the time left, you must try!

Pretty overhyped. While the venue is lovely and cozy, the food is underwhelming and very basic. You need to pay for extras to get a decent meal, which isn't worth it in the end. The coffee and drinks are good, though. I usually leave 5 stars, but I can't give more than 3 here.

We visited Bucólico cafe and really enjoyed their tostada with tomate & jamón — simple, fresh, and full of flavour. It was definitely the highlight of our breakfast. That said, the coffee was a bit disappointing for our taste. The americano was served with too much water, which made it feel quite diluted and lacking body. We also tried the banana cake, but it felt a bit too heavy and overly sweet due to the added creams. We personally prefer a more plain, less rich version where the banana flavour stands out more. Overall, a nice spot with some great food options, but a bit of inconsistency depending on what you order.

One of my favorite cafés in Madrid. I came here randomly three years ago when I was staying around the corner and went back because I still dream of the avocado toast! It’s a bit harder to get a table now but worth the wait and very quick and easy service. All of the pastries and desserts have been amazing as well

Normalmente puedes revisar el menú y pedir desde la tableta afuera del establecimiento. En esta ocasión, no nos funcionó pero fueron super amables para resolverlo. El café es buenísimo. El lugar una preciosura que nunca olvidaré. Sólo considerar que el té de la casa, aunque delicioso, sí está algo azucarado. Considera que si vas a hacer co-working, tienen horario establecido y sólo te puedes quedar una hora y media.

Pedimos los huevos benedict y el sandwich de pato. Los huevos estaban buenos, un poco escasos. El sandwich correcto, pero la ración un poco pequeña. La sorpresa vino cuando nos asomamos al mostrador de las tartas y bizcochos, ya que observamos que había unas cuantas moscas posadas en los postres. Se lo comunicamos al camarero (nos parecía bastante antihigiénico y no nos gusta que lo que pidamos venga a medio comer jejeje) y nos dijo que era cosa del calor... En fin, no hizo ni el gesto de espantarlas. Creo que es un problema de fácil solución. No volveremos ni nos parece recomendable. Una pena haber parado a comer allí.

Hemos venido a desayunar y al principio había una cola, un poco extensa. Ya de primera sabíamos o que era muy bueno el lugar o tardaban mucho. Al entrar nos atendieron muy bien, pedimos las bebidas y al segundo nos lo trajeron, lo mismo pasó con los platos. En general si vale la pena hacer la cola porque la comida estaba muy buena y no dudaría en volver a venir

El local ya no es lo que era. Llevo viniendo unos 3 años y esta vez me ha decepcionado enormemente. Los huevos benedictinos (el que para mi era su plato estrella) ha llegado rápido, pero hecho a las prisas, con los ingredientes totalmente desproporcionados; bolas de pimienta enteras en una parte de la tostada, salsa holandesa abundante en una e inexistente en la otra, pan seco y pasado… En fin, es una pena que con el potencial que traía este negocio se haya echado a perder tanto la calidad que servían como el cariño y mimo que ponían en cada uno de sus platos.

Absolutamente delicioso. También, la atención de los chicos, a pesar de estar repleto el lugar, muy tranquilos y la mejor actitud. El ambiente un poco bullicioso porque todas las mesas estaban ocupadas pero se puede conversar. Hicimos fila durante unos 20 minutos y valió la pena. Mi única observación es que el pan de las tostadas de los platos tiene la corteza dura y los cuchillos que nos pasaron no cortaban. Fue difícil cortar el pan. Recomiendo cambiar los cuchillos. Regresaremos 1000%.

Fui a este café una vez. Tenían buena comida, no excepcional, pero sí buena. Los meseros fueron amables, pero estaban ocupados y estresados. Siempre está muy lleno y parece que nunca tienen espacio para los clientes. Con el gran número de opciones que hay en Madrid, recomendaría ir a otro lugar donde haya menos gente.

Es un sitio muy acogedor y bonito La comida es muy rica y el café de especialidad delicioso, también su el matcha muy rico. Con respecto a la atención al llegar había fila para entrar pero nos atendieron rápido y nos ubicaron en una mesa compartida, el detalle fue que después de estar en la mesa nos atendieron luego de media hora de habernos sentado, y la comida nos llego tarde porque se les olvido nuestro pedido. Sin embargo, la chica fue muy amable al final y nos ofreció el postre por el inconveniente, (que no lo tomamos), porque para cobrarnos de igual manera se tardaron muchísimo en pasar por la mesa. Si no hubiese habido ese gran detalle, pues fuese sido un 10/10.

İki gün üst üste gittik desem ne kadar beğendiğimizin kısa özeti olabilir. Madrid’e gelirseniz bence mutlaka buraya uğrayın. Damak tadınıza göre menüden bir şey mutlaka bulabilirsiniz.

La comida muy rica pero definitivamente lo que más destaca es el excelente servicio. La velocidad con la que entregan los pedidos es impresionante. Se demoraron 5 minutos desde la comanda en entregar todos los pedidos (fuimos entre 2 personas y pedimos te, café y dos tostadas diferentes). Incluso, como nos sorprendimos, comenzamos a medir el tiempo de entrega de pedidos a otras mesas. En 3 mesas el promedio fue de 5 a 7 minutos. Fuimos atendidos por Jason. Lugar altamente recomendado.

Bucólico, definitivamente un lugar para desconectar del ruido visual de la ciudad y un ambiente extraordinario, la temática muy bien trabajada, rústica pero lleno de detalles en cada rincón. La camara Esperanza una chica encantadora y super atenta a las necesidades del cliente y dar las mejores sugerencias posibles, el barista muy profesional y detallista, hizo arte en mi café. Sin duda alguna volveré tantas veces que pueda y recomiendo el lugar, sus cafés y sus galletas. Me comí la galleta de pistacho una delicia total.

Update: Lamentablemente ya no es lo que era, me sirvieron los benedictinos muy rápido pero con el pan reseso, bolas de pimienta, ingredientes colocados “a lo bruto”. Han perdido el detalle y el cariño que le ponían al principio, una pena :( Increible. De los mejores sitios que he probado para brunch, calidad-precio insuperable. El cafe no es el mejor, es lo único malo que puedo decir.
