04/06/2026If the reviews are true I must be hallucinating because despite the massive ratubgs the place was nothing of the sort. The vermut was flavorless, no spices, it’s basically red wine with a lot of sugar. The piece of food that came with it was so bad- stale, cold greasy- I was deterred from ordering a full ración. I walked out before I finished my drink. The staff was distracted and couldn’t have cared less about the customers.

24/05/2026Shame, it was good but could have been great. The place was run by 2 miserable inflexible guys. "Yes we have the ingredients, no we can't make you the simple sandwich they you'd like". The bathroom, one small, broken, toilet, was a disgrace for any restaurant. Service was abrupt, at best. But for all that, I must admit that the food was all very, very good. We had a couple of bocadillos and a couple of tapas dishes, enjoyed them all... And the food should be the hard bit. If only the people working there could remember that they're in the hospitality business.

20/05/2026Writing this after seeing the last published review from 3 mo ago, and must assume this person had a bad experience. We very much liked El Minibar. Quirky, sure, but the food was good, the mojitos were good, and the price was good. Unfortunately it pops up in Google searches as a ‘craft beer bar’, which it isn’t. Just the usual Spanish mass-produced fizzy lager. Hence the 4 stars. Would go back… except we’re only here 3 nights and there’s a lot of places to explore.

20/05/2026My dining companion and I were looking for a quick drink and snack after touristing hard. We found this cozy place right off the main drag. We ordered drinks, and food, tuna tataki, and the duck confit. Both delightfully tasty, savory, and rich. What a treat! Our appetite satiated, we once again took to the crowded streets of Madrid.

17/05/2026★★★★★ Excellent tapas experience in Madrid. I came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 PM right when they opened, and within a few minutes the place filled up quickly. I didn’t have a reservation, but since I was dining solo they were kind enough to seat me. You may want reservations if you’re coming during busy hours. I had the melted goat cheese appetizer with what tasted like fig jam and a balsamic glaze, paired with the bread they served, absolutely delicious and very rich in the best way. I also ordered the ham croquettes, which were excellent as well. Between those two dishes and two Cokes, it was more than enough food for one person. The atmosphere is quaint and very Madrid. The staff was efficient and friendly. I read many great reviews beforehand and after eating here I understand why. A local favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic tapas in central Madrid.

15/05/2026This place had such a good vibes, that we spoke about it half an hour after we left. It works on reservations and is in demand. We just showed up but they managed to squeeze us at the bar. It is understatement to say the food was amazing (as much that I forgot to take photos). I'd especially recommend eggplant with bacon, as unasssumingly tasty. But the real deal are people running the place - happy, welcoming, positive, simply they make the experience warm, homey and entertaining. Finally, the prices are super decent. Warm recommendation!

12/05/2026We visited this restaurant in the heart of Madrid at midnight and surprisingly they still had food. The owner was very kind but the food itself wasn’t particularly special. The prices were a bit steep and I feel the restaurant is overrated overall. I recommend it but if you don’t try it you’ll miss nothing.

08/05/2026My wife and I stopped here for drinks and tapas due to our air b b host being one of the owners! And boy are we glad we did! We tried a couple drinks but fell in love with the mojito fresa, and the tapas. We had the goat cheese which they won an award one, the chicken cubes in the spicey cheese with the tortilla and the tuna tartar. We cannot glow enough about the friendly staff or the amazing food. We want to thank the owners as well!

Das Essen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Perfektes Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

04/06/2026Déçus… Nous cherchions un restaurant pour manger des tapas à Madrid. El MiniBar, avec ses notes et ses photos, nous a donné très envie. Au premier abord, serveurs et ambiance sympathique. Nous commandons des sangrias, très bonnes, mais j’ai bien peur que le positif s’arrête ici… Tout d’abord, le tapas de bienvenue (une tortilla sur du pain avec de la mayonnaise) nous a été servi depuis la table voisine. Outre les tapas très chers pour la quantité, même si cela peut encore se concevoir pour un restaurant en plein centre ville, le goût n’y était vraiment pas et tout était très gras. Nous avons également commandé des calamars, qui ne semblaient pas très frais. En fin de repas, nous nous sommes rendus compte que notre commande n’était pas bonne : tapas oubliés ou mélangés. En somme, nous ne comprenons pas vraiment la note globale de 4,7 et les bons avis décrivant des mets délicieux… Nous laissons tout de même le doute, peut être sommes nous tombés sur un mauvais jour ou une mauvaise période pour l’établissement.

Ambiance sympathique et tamisée avec de belles décorations, mais niveau culinaire c’est tout autre chose . Outre le tarif des tapas excessif , la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous . Tapas surgelé ( ou qui ont l’air de l’être ) tapas de bienvenue qui provenait de la table d’à côté . Calamar pas frais et panure imbibé d’huile . Oublie lors de la commande.

01/06/2026Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation guidés par les avis positifs et sommes ravis d'ajouter le nôtre. Le responsable est très sympathique. Il nous a trouvé une table. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Les serveurs vous expliquent les plats, vous conseillent sur les quantités à commander. Sans cela, nous aurions pris trop d'assiettes. Tout est excellents y compris le vin rouge que nous avons choisi. Vraiment un très bon moment passé al minibar de Madrid. L'endroit n'est pas extensible. Pas d'extérieur.

26/05/2026La verdad es que me he quedado un poco a medias. No con hambre, pero leyendo la carta prometía más. Pedimos el tartar de atún rojo con guacamole de mango y mayonesa de soja y…de rojo tenía poco el atún, y el guacamole parecía de supermercado. También pedimos los pankitos: tiras de pollo en leche de coco con empanado japonés y tres salsas. Estaba jugoso, pero no dejaba de ser un pollo empanado. Ni rastro de coco y salsas poco originales. Lo que estaba bueno era el rollito de jabalí, aunque suprimiría la salsa de champiñones porque no le aporta. Con el pan se lo podían currar un poco más. Mención especial a un camarero que parecía que llevaba poco tiempo y fue encantador

25/05/2026Tuve una muy buena experiencia en El Minibar, un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de tapas de calidad en un ambiente acogedor. Además, fui con mi familia y la experiencia fue aún más especial, ya que el lugar invita a compartir y pasar un buen rato alrededor de la mesa. Entre lo que probamos, destacaron especialmente los dados de pollo, muy jugosos por dentro y con un toque picante muy agradable, de esos que realzan el sabor sin llegar a ser excesivos. El equilibrio entre el crujiente y el punto de picante estaba muy bien conseguido. También el queso semicurado merece una mención especial, con un sabor intenso pero equilibrado, ideal para compartir mientras disfrutas de la comida. Pero sin duda, la gran protagonista fue la tarta de queso. Cremosa, suave y con una textura espectacular, de esas que se deshacen en la boca. Además de deliciosa, la presentación era increíble, convirtiéndola en el broche perfecto para la comida. En definitiva, El Minibar es un lugar muy recomendable para disfrutar de buenas tapas, compartir con familia o amigos y terminar con una de las mejores tartas de queso que he probado.

25/05/2026hola! Cené alli el 7 de Mayo, recuerdo que fui al ballet en el Teatro Real, no pudimos elegir mejor sitio para cenar! Era la primera vez que iba, todo fue estupendo, todo. La comida, el local (con curiosidades muy atractivas) y sobre todo, sobre todo, con las personas que allí trabajan. Encantadores, cercanos, alegres, educados, en fin, da gusto ir a sitios en los que te encuentras con gente como ellos. Se que volveré, sin ninguna duda. Gracias, gracias, gracias.

23/05/2026¡Gran descubrimiento en la zona! Mientras esperábamos al resto del grupo estuvimos tomando algo en la barra. Nos atendió Nacho, un auténtico crack y todo un profesional. Nos recomendó distintos platos para compartir y no hubo ni uno solo que no nos gustara. Nos reímos muchísimo y lo pasamos genial. Hay pocas fotos porque, sinceramente, no daba tiempo: todos teníamos hambre y con la pinta que tenía todo era imposible esperar. Además, nos recomendó también un vino que, tal y como nos dijo, nos enamoró 😉 Muchas gracias por la atención y por hacernos disfrutar tanto de la cena.

La atención del personal fue excelente y la comida muy buena, todos los platos que pedimos estaban riquísimos. Añado fotos, la mayoría son de tapa, no ración, por lo que las raciones son más grandes aún. Totalmente recomendable.

15/05/2026Googleの評価が高かったので訪問しましたが、失敗でした。 ヤギのチーズのグリルのtapaサイズを注文。 タラのフリッターエビ乗せを頼もうとしたら売り切れと言われ、マグロのタルタルを勧められたので仕方なく注文。 チーズのグリルは甘味が強くてあまり口に合わなかった。 マグロのタルタルは、マグロな味を付けすぎて塩辛くて食べられなかった。 お通しのタパスもよくわからない味でした。 次はないです。

Al principio nos atendió un hombre muy amable, pero después no atendió una chica que nos atendía como si estuviera molesta por atender, llegando hasta tirar el canasto del pan en la mesa. Le pedimos recomendación de su menú, y como que no le agradó que le preguntáramos. Aparte de ella, fue todo súper bueno.

10/05/2026Hace un rato almorcé en Minibar y la experiencia fue fantástica. El ambiente es acogedor y con mucho encanto, ideal para disfrutar de una comida tranquila en pleno Madrid. Además, el servicio fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Lo mejor fueron, sin duda, dos platos. El brioche con gambas estaba espectacular: pan suave y ligeramente crujiente, con un relleno sabroso y perfectamente equilibrado. Un bocado delicioso. Y el tartar de atún sobre guacamole fue otro acierto total: atún muy fresco, bien aliñado y combinado con un guacamole cremoso que realza muchísimo el sabor. Un sitio muy recomendable para disfrutar de una cocina original, cuidada y llena de sabor. Seguro que volveré.

La atención que recibimos fue excepcional, todo lo que nos recomendaron para probar estaba exquisito, además de que nos sirvieron super rápido. Salimos encantadas y con ganas de probar muchas mas cosas de la carta. Un 10 a su tinto de verano casero, riquísimo.

The strawberry mojito is INCREDIBLE!!!!! Absolutely should have its own national title, it’s that good!!! The - Tartar de atún rojo con guacamole de mango y alioli de soja, -queso semicurado de cabra a la plancha con costra caliente, fundido, sobre mermelada de tomate con aceite de cilantro. -Dados de pechuga de pollo con salsa de queso picante (con tortillas de trigo). They are PHENOMENAL! WOW!! The staff was incredible!! Drinks were great! The vibe was AMAZING! We love the local art!! Thank you from the USA!!

01/05/2026Ya conocía este bar pero estaban en otro local. Las tapas me han gustado mucho,la atención como recordaba,son majísimos,me acordé de uno de los camareros. El local es mini pero con una decoración muy chula. Graciass Os recomendaré👍

01/05/2026Tapas exceptionnels. Nous sommes allés sur conseils de mon conjoint qui y était allé il y’a 6 ans lors d’un séjour à Madrid, et qui en a gardé un excellent souvenir. Toute la carte est travaillée. Mention spéciale pour le Tapas Breton qui a gagné le prix du meilleur tapas en 2013. (Même sans aimer le chèvre c’est juste incroyable !) Bref allez-y les yeux fermés mais il faut penser à réserver car c’est pratiquement toujours complet.

01/05/2026Sitio pequeño y acogedor. Comida canaria, muy sabrosa y de raciones normales. Muy bien de precio. Sirven cócteles (opción de mojito sin alcohol). Buena atención general (depende de la persona que atienda, no todos son amables). El sitio es un restaurante (no es un bar, es para sentarse a comer) aunque tiene una pequeña barra.

28/04/2026Estaba por la zona y vi las buenas críticas, pedí el tartar de atún rojo y el rollito de berenjena en salsa de tomate y naranja. Ambos platos muy ricos, especialmente el segundo. La salsa... para mojar en bucle. La atención de 10, marcado como favoritos para seguir descubriendo platos.

27/04/2026El sábado fue la primera vez que fuimos y nos gustó mucho.Tanto la atención de Nacho que era tocallo mío como la comida.Sobre todo el solomillo con verduras y las berenjenas rellenas de beicon con queso feta y tomate.Sin duda volveremos a probar sus cócteles y más platos de la carta.

26/04/2026Haber conocido minibar fue uno de nuestros aciertos más grandes de visita por Madrid. El ambiente, la comida y bueno que decir de la atención, realmente un diferencial en tanto bullicio de Madrid. Conocer lugares así alegra el alma y el corazón! Gracias a Nacho y a todo su equipo por habernos hecho pasar un momento que atesoraremos en nuestro recuerdo de viajeros!!

25/04/2026Un lugar genial donde tapear y tomar un cocktail. Al llegar, si no lo conoces, cierto es que el exterior no te llama a entrar. La atención del equipo de 10, las tapas buenísimas y a un pecio mas que razonable. Seguramente repetiré y lo aconsejaré.

24/04/2026Nos encantó muchísimo este lugar. Conseguimos una mesa aunque no teníamos reserva. El personal es increíblemente atento y amable, todos se mueven como abejitas. El ambiente es maravilloso, el interior está pensado con gusto y es original. Y la comida… un 10: los aperitivos se derriten en la boca, llenos de sabores intensos. Los precios son accesibles. Nos quedamos encantados con este lugar 🥰
